Signature Global Assigns Rs 1,144 Crore Contract to Ahluwalia for Luxury Housing in Gurugram
Signature Global has awarded a Rs 1,144 crore construction contract to Ahluwalia Contracts for the development of its luxury housing project, 'De-luxe DXP', in Gurugram. The project spans 16.65 acres with 1,008 units and a developable area of 28.12 lakh square feet. Signature Global achieved a record pre-sale of Rs 3,600 crore and plans to complete the project within 5 years.
Realty giant Signature Global has awarded a significant Rs 1,144 crore construction contract to Ahluwalia Contracts to develop its high-end residential venture, 'De-luxe DXP', situated in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
The expansive project, sprawling over 16.65 acres, will feature 1,008 luxurious units, encompassing a developable area of 28.12 lakh square feet. The firm revealed this development in a statement released on Sunday.
Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd, disclosed that construction has already commenced under the collaboration with Ahluwalia Contracts, aiming for timely completion with top-notch amenities. Notably, the project's pre-launch saw record-breaking pre-sales of over Rs 3,600 crore. Ahluwalia Contracts is slated to finalize the project within a five-year period.
