The national capital is expected to have cloudy skies accompanied by moderate rainfall on Monday, as forecasted by the weather department.
The predicted maximum and minimum temperatures are 34 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees Celsius respectively, according to the weather department. As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD), humidity levels stood at 88% at 8:30 am.
The Air Quality Index (AQI) in the national capital was recorded in the 'satisfactory' category with a reading of 53 till 9 am, as per the Central Pollution Control Board. An AQI between zero and 50 is considered 'good', while 51 to 100 is 'satisfactory', 101 to 200 is 'moderate', 201 to 300 is 'poor', 301 to 400 'very poor', and 401 to 500 'severe'.
