Delhi PWD Minister Atishi on Tuesday directed officials to upgrade the existing drainage system at Dhaula Kuan and increase the pumping capacity by deploying mobile pumps.
The instruction followed severe waterlogging in the area caused by unexpected rains.
During her inspection of Dhaula Kuan, Atishi instructed officials to implement both short-term and long-term measures to resolve the issue and ensure commuters do not face similar problems in the future.
