According to a regulatory filing made on Friday, NBCC disclosed that it was awarded the project by the Srinagar Development Authority.
The initiative includes comprehensive development efforts spanning 406 acres at Rakh-e-Gund Akshah, Bemina, in Jammu & Kashmir.
NBCC is known for its expertise in project management consultancy and the real estate sector.
