"Bridge construction is progressing, and according to today's review meeting, it is expected to be completed by Thursday," Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan announced.
Additional support includes 100 more army personnel and three sniffer dogs trained to detect buried individuals, arriving from Meerut on a special Air Force plane.
