WeWork India Expands Footprint in Bengaluru and Noida with Major Leases

WeWork India has leased 1.4 lakh square feet in Bengaluru and Noida to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces. New locations in prime business districts will open between September and October 2024. The Bengaluru centre will feature over 1,000 desks, while Noida will host 1,400 desks.

Co-working major WeWork India has taken on lease 1.4 lakh square feet of prime office area in Bengaluru and Noida as part of its business expansion strategy amid surging demand for flexible workspaces.

WeWork India announced its plans to open two new locations in the key business districts of Noida and Bengaluru, with operations slated to commence between September and October 2024.

The new workspace in Bengaluru will offer over 1,000 desks and span more than 60,000 sq ft, while the Noida location in Sector 62 will feature over 1,400 desks across approximately 79,000 sq ft of office space.
