Major Water Supply Disruption in Delhi Scheduled for Thursday

Several parts of Delhi will face a 12-hour water supply disruption on Thursday due to a shutdown of a sluice valve near Radisson Blu Hotel. The affected areas include various residential colonies such as GH-1 Milansar Apartment, Meera Bagh, and Bhera Enclave. The Delhi Jal Board has urged residents to store sufficient water.

Residents across multiple localities in Delhi will face a significant water supply disruption on Thursday, lasting from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., due to maintenance work on a sluice valve near Radisson Blu Hotel, the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) announced in a statement.

Impacted areas include GH-1 Milansar Apartment, Meera Bagh, Bhera Enclave, and several others. The disruption will affect both residential colonies and key locations like the State Bank Nagar Outer Ring Road and RBI Colony near Double Twin Water Tank.

The DJB has advised residents to store adequate water beforehand to tide over the 12-hour shutdown.
