Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd has announced its latest high-rise housing project, Wembley-24, in Thane's Majiwada, part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This venture is anticipated to bring in revenue of around Rs 800 crore over the next four years, while the development cost stands at Rs 300 crore.

On the project launch day, the company reported an enthusiastic market response with the pre-sale of approximately 150 units. 'The robust pre-bookings and overwhelming interest underscore the market's demand for high-quality residential spaces,' remarked Yogendra D Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd.

Founded in 1962, the company operates in three sectors: fertilisers, realty, and hospitality. It is temporarily leasing out its assets in the fertiliser division to counter supply chain disruptions. In the hospitality sector, it manages Anchaviyo Resort.
