Brigade Enterprises Targets Rs 400 Crore Revenue with New Bengaluru Residential Tower 'Cobalt'
Realty firm Brigade Enterprises has launched a new residential tower named 'Cobalt' in Bengaluru, aiming to generate over Rs 400 crore in revenue. The project is part of their 50-acre Brigade El Dorado township, which features diverse facilities such as residential, shopping, wellness, and entertainment spaces. Executive Director Amar Mysore highlighted the growing demand for high-quality real estate in North Bengaluru, driven by an influx of multinational companies.

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises is set to generate more than Rs 400 crore in revenue from its newly-launched residential tower 'Cobalt' in Bengaluru.
The 'Cobalt' tower is part of the 50-acre Brigade El Dorado township, strategically located in KIADB Aerospace Park. The sprawling township encompasses around 6.1 million square feet, including residential, shopping, wellness, and entertainment facilities.
According to a regulatory filing by Brigade Enterprises, the 'Cobalt' tower comprises 948 one-bedroom apartments. Executive Director Amar Mysore noted that the influx of multinational companies in North Bengaluru has spurred demand for high-quality, sustainable real estate.
Established in 1986, Brigade Enterprises has a significant footprint across several cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mysuru. The company is known for developing residential, office, retail, and hotel projects.
