Sachin Pilot, a prominent leader in the Congress, has downplayed recent remarks made by the BJP's Rajasthan in-charge, Radha Mohan Das Agrawal, against him. The comments were made in Tonk during the BJP national president's first visit to the state. Pilot suggested a possible conspiracy due to the timing of these comments.
Pilot emphasized his commitment to restoring Congress's power in Rajasthan and criticized the BJP's state governance. He believes the BJP should be ousted, citing numerous failures. Moreover, Pilot targeted the BJP over the non-implementation of the women’s reservation law despite its passage in Parliament, accusing the party of electoral opportunism.
Continuing his critique, Pilot accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of breaching the model code of conduct during election campaigns. With confidence, he asserted Congress's strong standing in areas he has campaigned and expressed optimism about the party's future performances in upcoming elections.
