In a fiery critique, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of accusing opposition leaders of disrespecting the country and Bihar. She suggested the creation of an 'Apaman Mantralaya' (Ministry of Insults).
Speaking at an election rally in Saharsa district's Sonabarsa, Vadra claimed the Prime Minister addresses minor issues yet remains silent on charges of corruption and mismanagement within the NDA government in Bihar.
Vadra questioned Modi and Amit Shah on what substantial actions the NDA has taken for Bihar over two decades, suggesting Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's administration is being controlled from New Delhi. She raised concerns over citizens' voting rights and the state's unemployment crisis, blaming privatization benefitting BJP-linked corporations.
