Tensions Rise as Agra Incident Sparks Political Outrage

An attack on the residence of Samajwadi Party MP Ramji Lal Suman in Agra by Karni Sena members has ignited political tensions. The incident led to an FIR and sharp criticism of the state administration. SP leaders condemned the attack, calling for justice and planning protests.

The Agra Police has registered an FIR against an "unidentified mob" following an alleged attack on the residence of Samajwadi Party MP Ramji Lal Suman by Karni Sena members. This incident, which occurred at Suman's home, fueled political tensions and drew strong reactions from prominent political figures.

SP leader Ramgopal Yadav accused the ruling BJP government of premeditated negligence, alleging that bulldozers, sticks, and swords were used in the attack with full government support. He criticized the authorities for failing to prevent the violence, despite Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath being present at a nearby event.

In a show of solidarity, SP leaders, including Shivpal Yadav, visited the site and denounced the administration-backed hooliganism. The party vowed to resist what they termed BJP's divisive tactics and called for accountability and justice for the attack on Suman's residence.
