The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched a vehement attack on Thursday against Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav over his comment regarding the 'foul smell of cowsheds', which they interpret as an affront to Sanatan Dharma.
Simultaneously, BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra condemned Congress MLA Rajendra Kumar Singh for allegedly likening religious leaders to bulls, portraying these remarks as anti-Sanatan.
In a fiery response, Patra insisted such opinions would not be tolerated in India, while Union Minister Giriraj Singh accused Yadav of prioritizing votes over faith, claiming politicization of religious sentiments.
