Speculations about a potential AIADMK-BJP alliance have emerged following his recent meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. However, Palaniswami clarified that electoral alliances are usually confirmed closer to election time.
Addressing queries, Palaniswami insisted that expelled member O. Panneerselvam would not be re-inducted, highlighting past disputes that culminated in Panneerselvam's expulsion in 2022 after a leadership tussle.
