In a fiery session at the Telangana Assembly on Wednesday, Bharat Rashtra Samithi's KT Rama Rao implored Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar to address the frequent interruptions by Congress Ministers. He emphasized patience and restraint from the Treasury bench, essential for democratic discourse.

KTR highlighted that democracy thrives on open dialogue, allowing both government and opposition to articulate their viewpoints. He noted that opposition members often point out the government's unfulfilled promises and warned of potential serious allegations concerning corruption and internal conflicts within the ruling party, should provocations persist.

Earlier, on Tuesday, KTR lambasted the Congress-led Telangana government for focusing on beauty pageants amid a farming crisis. Criticizing the decision to invest Rs 55 crore in events like Miss World, KTR highlighted that farmers are struggling with basic needs such as drinking and irrigation water.
