BJP MLA Ram Kadam accused the former Uddhav Thackeray government of suppressing evidence in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. BJP MLA Ram Kadam criticized the ex-Uddhav Thackeray administration for allegedly destroying evidence in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Kadam urged the Special Investigation Team (SIT) handling the Disha Salian inquiry to consider Rajput's case, following a CBI closure report submission last week.
Kadam alleged that critical evidence was discarded, with Sushant's residence altered to erase clues. The Bihar police probe faced obstructions, Kadam claimed. The Maharashtra assembly now witnesses debates over the involvement of prominent figures, including Uddhav Thackeray and Rhea Chakraborty.
The discussion sparked further political contention, with the opposition questioning the timing and propriety of the government's actions. Despite the ongoing political rift, Minister Shambhuraj Desai assured the thorough examination of new evidence in Disha Salian's case, affirming the state's commitment to justice.
