The conclave, chaired by India's National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, will witness participation from intelligence chiefs of nearly 20 friendly nations, including Australia and Germany. The discussions are expected to address the ramifications of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and Middle East unrest.
This gathering occurs amid tense India-Canada relations following Canadian allegations regarding Indian involvement in a controversial case. Canadian spy chief Daniel Rogers' visit comes as part of ongoing diplomatic tensions. NSA Doval is expected to engage in critical one-on-one discussions with global counterparts.
