JMM MP Mahua Maji Injured in Road Accident

JMM MP Mahua Maji sustained a wrist fracture after her car collided with a parked truck in Jharkhand's Latehar district. The incident occurred early Wednesday on NH-75. Maji and her family received medical treatment in Ranchi. Chief Minister Hemant Soren wished for their speedy recovery.

In the early hours of Wednesday, Mahua Maji, a JMM MP, was returning from Maha Kumbh when her car crashed into a truck in Jharkhand's Latehar district. The accident left her with a fractured wrist, according to police reports.

Following the mishap on NH-75 near Hotwag village, Maji received initial treatment at Sadar Hospital before being referred to RIMS in Ranchi for further care. Her family members, who were traveling with her, also incurred minor injuries.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren extended his wishes for a swift recovery to Maji and her family, expressing his support through a post on X.
