In a surprising deviation from protocol, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi opted for an unusual mode of transport on Friday when he took a joyride in the Tata Nano of his Deputy Chief Minister, K V Singh Deo. The unconventional move drew significant attention, especially as the CM's motorcade followed them.

The event unfolded as Majhi was returning from the Krushi Odisha Conclave, 2025, held at Baramunda Ground. A video capturing the Chief Minister, with folded hands, traveling in the compact vehicle quickly went viral on social media, sparking widespread interest and discussion.

Driving the vehicle himself, Singh Deo was accompanied by Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari and the Chief Minister's personal security officer in the back seat. This impromptu joyride has become a focal point of online conversations, highlighting a rare, informal moment in political life.
