Central Public Works Department (CPWD) officials have scouted locations near the Sanjay Gandhi memorial at Rashtriya Smriti Sthal, considering a few promising spots.
While no decision has been made, discussions with Singh's family are underway to ensure their approval. Before assigning the chosen site, the government plans to set up a dedicated trust for the memorial's future management.
