The Congress is set to embark on a significant campaign titled 'Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan Abhiyan' across various blocks, districts, and states, beginning January 3, culminating in a major public rally on January 26 in Mhow.
Initially, the campaign was scheduled to launch on December 27. However, it was postponed following the passing of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on December 26 and a subsequent seven-day mourning period in his honor.
The decision for this campaign was made during the Congress Working Committee meeting at Belagavi. The campaign highlights the Congress's commitment to preserving the Constitution and the ideals of the Indian Independence Movement, with plans for a nationwide public outreach event extending into 2026.
