Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has strongly condemned recent remarks by Maharashtra BJP Minister Nitesh Rane, referring to Kerala as 'Mini Pakistan'. Describing the comments as 'deeply provocative and deplorable,' Vijayan criticized the Sangh Parivar's divisive approach towards regions where they lack influence.

Vijayan accused the Sangh Parivar of marginalization tactics in challenging regions, using hate campaigns and divisive narratives to gain control. Highlighting Rane's remarks as a direct example of this approach, he emphasized the sectarian strategy aimed at isolating Kerala.

The Kerala CM further criticized the central government for failing to address the minister's inflammatory comments, terming them a violation of constitutional values and the minister's oath of office. He argued that such statements render a minister unfit for the role, questioning the ruling party's silence over this issue.
