At a rally in Bermo, Jharkhand, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of trying to undermine the Constitution, describing it as the 'soul of the country'.

Gandhi alleged that Modi prioritizes the interests of billionaires over the welfare of the poor, highlighting the privatization of Indian institutions and industries. He claimed that PM Modi waived significant debts for industrialists while neglecting farmers and the underprivileged.

Promising socio-economic reforms, Gandhi stated that, if elected, the Congress would conduct a caste census and lift the 50% reservation cap, increasing quotas for various communities in Jharkhand.
