Union Minister and BJP National President JP Nadda launched a scathing critique of the Congress party on Wednesday, addressing a public meeting in Mumbai. He denounced a racist remark made against Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy, drawing attention to the controversial comments and accusing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of fostering divisive ideologies.

Nadda condemned Rahul Gandhi for purportedly supporting individuals who espouse anti-national sentiments, referencing slogans chanted at Jawaharlal Nehru University. He highlighted Congress' alleged alignment with groups perceived as threats to the nation's unity, urging citizens to counter such divisive ideologies to maintain national strength.

The BJP President also applauded the Modi administration for conferring the status of elite language on Marathi, stressing its cultural significance. Further, he detailed the reduction in poverty under Prime Minister Modi's leadership, citing major initiatives like the PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana and Ayushman Bharat. Nadda emphasized the significant rise in bank accounts following the zero-balance account policy implemented under Modi's governance, contrasting it with past efforts under Indira Gandhi.
