Union Home Minister Amit Shah strongly criticized Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday, likening Gandhi's electoral efforts to a repeatedly crashing aircraft. According to Shah, the 'Rahul Baba' plane, having already failed 20 times, is destined for another failure in the Maharashtra Assembly elections scheduled for November.
In an electrifying address at a rally in Jintur, Shah characterized the opposition's Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance as an 'Aurangzeb fan club,' alleging that their primary goal is appeasement. Highlighting historical and cultural ties, Shah contrasted their approach with his own party's adherence to the ideals of Shivaji Maharaj.
Shah also accused the Aghadi government of halting the Marathwada Water Grid project worth Rs 4,000 crore. He promised that the Mahayuti coalition, if elected, would revive initiatives to provide water to every farm. Furthermore, he confidently declared that a BJP-led government would return under PM Modi's leadership after November's elections.
