US Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell is scheduled to visit India this Wednesday, marking his participation in the inaugural US-India Indian Ocean Dialogue. The event aims to address pivotal issues relating to security and economic growth across the Indo-Pacific region. According to an official statement, Campbell will join Principal Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer and senior representatives from the Indian government.
During his stay in New Delhi, Campbell will also engage in the Critical and Emerging Technologies (iCET) Intersessional. This meeting is intended to facilitate further cooperation between the United States and India in technological innovation and production, highlighting the expanding partnership between the two nations.
The official release, shared on Tuesday, underscores the significance of these dialogues and meetings as both countries are committed to fostering a robust and resilient connection, transcending traditional areas of collaboration.
