Rahul Gandhi, a prominent Congress leader, has raised serious allegations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP, and RSS, claiming they are actively undermining the Indian Constitution. These remarks were made during a rally in Gondia, Maharashtra, in support of Congress candidate Gopaldas Agrawal.
Gandhi emphasized that the Constitution champions values of unity, equality, and religious respect, contrasting this with what he describes as the divisive actions of the BJP. He questioned the constitutional validity of toppling governments and accused the BJP of privatisation instead of supporting farmers.
The Congress leader also called for a caste census and increasing reservation caps, while highlighting past Congress achievements in Jharkhand and Karnataka. He promised similar farmer-supportive measures if the Opposition's Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance gains power.
