In a vehement address at a rally in Chimur, Chandrapur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lambasted the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), attributing the state's developmental setbacks to their inefficiencies. He labeled the MVA, an alliance comprising the Congress, Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT), and Sharad Pawar's Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), as the 'biggest player of corruption'.

PM Modi mocked the opposition's expertise in stalling projects, describing it as akin to having a 'PhD' in obstructing progress. He questioned the residents of Chimur on whether they would allow the MVA another opportunity to delay growth and prosperity in Maharashtra.

Endorsing the BJP's comprehensive manifesto, Modi assured that it symbolizes a promise of accelerated development for Maharashtra, propelled by the 'double engine' governance model between the state and the NDA central government. He underscored the record foreign investments and infrastructure improvements as evidence of this accelerated pace.
