Union Home Minister Amit Shah has declared that, should the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) rise to power in Jharkhand, they will enact a law preventing the transfer of tribal lands to 'infiltrators,' even if they are married to tribal women. This statement was made during a public rally in Tamar.
Shah criticized Jharkhand's Chief Minister, Hemant Soren, for alleged vote bank politics, particularly involving Bangladeshi infiltrators. Shah assured voters of BJP's commitment, stating that they would enforce stringent measures against these infiltrators if given the mandate.
Furthermore, Shah criticized the treatment of Champai Soren, suggesting it was a broader insult to the tribal community. With assembly elections approaching, Shah emphasized BJP's vision to usher in prosperity for Jharkhand.
