Bharatiya Janata Party leader Dilip Ghosh launched a scathing attack on the Mamata Banerjee administration in West Bengal on Monday, accusing it of allowing criminals from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar to set up bomb-making factories within the state. Ghosh claimed that under Trinamool Congress rule, West Bengal has become a hotspot for 'infiltrators and terrorists'.

Ghosh asserted that criminal incidents will persist while TMC remains in power, citing a lack of law and order and alleged ties between the state government and anti-social elements. He highlighted the influx of alleged terrorists from regions like Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bihar as a growing concern for the state.

Speaking with ANI, Ghosh criticized the ruling TMC, accusing it of fostering an atmosphere of fear and tension prior to elections, particularly with the upcoming by-elections in six Assembly seats, scheduled for November 13. He alleged that TMC is intimidating opposition supporters and vandalising BJP offices to influence electoral outcomes.
