Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Raksha Nikhil Khadse, on Sunday projected a confident outlook on the Mahayuti alliance's prospects in the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections. She attributed the anticipated success to the widespread popularity of the state government's initiatives, which she claimed have benefitted numerous households.
Khadse accused the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance of incorporating Mahayuti's schemes into their manifesto. She alleged that the MVA, during their time in power, failed to contribute to state development, and are now attempting to claim credit for Mahayuti's work. Khadse emphasized that the electorate would discern these political maneuvers.
Emphasizing the impact of the Ladli Behna Scheme, Khadse expressed belief in increased female voter support for Mahayuti. She also criticized Congress' history of unmet electoral promises. Complementing her sentiment, Union Home Minister Amit Shah accused the MVA of failing to deliver on its pledges in states like Karnataka and Telangana, further branding their assurances as deceitful.
