Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has stirred political waters by reinterpreting the Samajwadi Party's (SP) 'PDA' acronym. Initially coined by SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav to represent 'Pichhde', Dalits, and 'Alpsankhyak', Adityanath has rebranded it to mean 'Production House of Dangai (rioters) and Apradhi (criminals)'.
In a fiery political rally speech at Katehari, Adityanath alleged that Akhilesh Yadav, as 'CEO', and Shivpal Yadav, as 'trainer', head this 'production house' of criminal activities. He claimed that notorious figures like Atiq Ahmad and Khan Mubarak emerged from this establishment, which the BJP aims to dismantle.
In response, SP leader Akhilesh Yadav shifted the debate to policy, questioning the government's provision of fertilizers to farmers. As political tensions mount ahead of the November 20 bypolls, both parties sharpen their narratives, targeting voters across the state.
