Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress at a rally in Gumla, asserting that the party's 'royal family' is committed to fracturing unity among STs, SCs, and OBCs to undermine their reservation rights. His comments were part of a broader critique of the JMM-led coalition in Jharkhand.
Modi accused the coalition government of exploiting the state's rich mineral and natural resources, including sand and coal. He warned against the threat posed to 'Roti-Beti-Mati' (bread, land, and daughter) by these actions and highlighted concerns about illegal immigration facilitated by the ruling dispensation.
The Prime Minister underscored the BJP's dedication to tribal empowerment, announcing the 'Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh' from November 15 to honor tribal icon Birsa Munda. Modi assured that corrupt officials, involved in plundering resources and manipulating civic processes, would face justice while promising policies to uplift women's economic status and support farmers in Jharkhand.
