Priyanka Gandhi, the Congress general secretary and United Democratic Front (UDF) candidate, initiated her campaign's final leg in the Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency on Sunday by visiting the renowned Thirunelli Maha Vishnu temple.
With the bypoll scheduled for November 13, Priyanka's busy campaign itinerary includes engaging with local Congress-led UDF supporters and attending several reception meetings. Her campaign in the remote Edavaka in Mananthavady witnessed a warm welcome by party workers.
Priyanka is set to conclude her campaign with a series of joint roadshows alongside her brother Rahul Gandhi in Sulthan Bathery and Thiruvambadi on November 13. The Wayanad by-election is being held after Rahul vacated the seat post his Raebareli victory.
