During a rally in Bokaro, Prime Minister Narendra Modi pledged to eradicate the 'paper-leak' and 'recruitment mafias' purportedly formed under the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha-Congress regime, should the BJP come to power in Jharkhand. Modi highlighted similar achievements in Haryana, where his party abolished the 'kharchi-parchi' system, which demanded bribes and endorsement letters for jobs.

The Prime Minister aimed to dismantle these mafias for compromising youth futures and vowed to imprison wrongdoers. Modi also emphasized the BJP's role in Jharkhand's development, citing the renovation of over 50 railway stations and the launch of Sindri fertilizer factory, creating numerous jobs.

Highlighting the need for a BJP-led government, Modi accused the Congress and JMM of dividing communities for power. Alleging infiltration issues, he advocated for a unified SC, ST, and OBC campaign, referencing past political strategies of division by Congress. Jharkhand's assembly election is slated for November 13 and 20, with results on November 23.
