In a high-voltage rally in Bokaro, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched his election campaign in Jharkhand, sharply criticizing the opposition INDIA alliance. Modi accused the alliance members of being anti-Jharkhand and claimed that they are incapable of developing the state.
The Prime Minister highlighted that under BJP's leadership, the state had witnessed significant financial support, contrasting it with the previous Congress-led administration. He cited the arrest of former minister Alamgir Alam as an example of the rampant corruption under the JMM government.
Promising a crackdown on corruption, Modi assured voters that a BJP-led government would use funds to advance public welfare and ensure that corrupt leaders face justice. Jharkhand's assembly elections are scheduled for November 13 and 20, with results expected on November 23.
