An Israeli airstrike on the city of Tyre in southern Lebanon resulted in the deaths of at least seven people, officials reported on Saturday. Tragically, among the victims were five siblings, three of whom were deaf and mute.
The death toll in Tyre rose amid ongoing Israeli air assaults on southern and eastern Lebanon. This comes in the wake of similar strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs earlier in the day, which demolished several buildings, according to state media sources.
In response, the Hezbollah group retaliated by launching rockets into northern Israel and reportedly shooting down an Israeli drone over south Lebanon. The situation remains tense as further conflict looms.
