Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has labeled Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as "immature" for his attempts to critique India on the global stage, asserting such actions will not elevate him to leadership status.
Speaking at a press conference, Rijiju confidently projected a win for the BJP-led Mahayuti in the November 20 Maharashtra elections, arguing that Congress's "fake narratives" will not resonate with the electorate. He also accused Gandhi of engaging in divisive politics throughout his career.
Referring to recent reports of blank Constitution copies being distributed at a Nagpur rally, Rijiju maintained that this incident has further discredited Gandhi. He acknowledged Gandhi's constitutional position but criticized his political maturity. Furthermore, Rijiju interpreted Priyanka Gandhi's political moves as indicative of Rahul's waning influence, emphasizing the BJP's prioritization of national interests over familial ties, unlike the Congress approach.
