Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has raised serious concerns over the treatment of minorities in BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh, urging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to put his rhetoric on societal unity into action. Speaking at a press conference, Singh alleged discrimination and harassment, demanding justice for affected communities.

Singh asserted that crimes against minorities, particularly the Muslim community, are increasing and called for immediate intervention. Drawing attention to specific incidents, he highlighted actions that he argued threaten national unity and violate constitutional rights. Singh appealed to PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to address these pressing issues.

In his letter to PM Modi, Singh cited multiple examples of violence, emphasizing a need for action on the guiding principles of 'sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas, and sabka prayas.' Without action, Singh indicated plans for protests and possible court action.
