In a pointed critique, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray has slammed a roadshow conducted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Spanish President Pedro Sanchez in Vadodara. Thackeray equated the event, promoting the Tata Aircraft Complex, to an insult to Maharashtra.

According to Thackeray, the Tata-Airbus project was intended for MIHAN in Nagpur but was diverted to Gujarat following political shifts. This, he claimed, was part of a broader strategy by the ruling BJP and the Maharashtra government to favor Gujarat over Maharashtra for significant projects.

Thackeray also highlighted a decrease in fleet sizes for Mumbai's BEST bus service under the current state government, arguing this would harm Mumbai's transportation framework. He underlined that the previous administration, under Uddhav Thackeray, had planned expansions to address public transport needs.
