In a video released by the Kremlin, Putin stated, "Today we are conducting another exercise of strategic deterrence forces." He highlighted the importance of training officials in command decisions related to nuclear weapons use through practical missile launch simulations.
Putin emphasized that Russia remains committed to staying out of any arms race. However, he underlined the necessity for Moscow to maintain the readiness of its nuclear forces for potential deployment.
