Tensions Over Black Sea Shipping: Putin-Erdogan Dialogue
Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan suggested rekindling discussions on Black Sea shipping. However, Putin mentioned he hasn't reviewed the documents yet. Russia remains firm on not reaching concessions over the ongoing conflict and sees no imminent agreements with Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin revealed that his Turkish counterpart, Tayyip Erdogan, had proposed resuming talks on Black Sea shipping. However, Putin admitted he had not had the opportunity to review the documents related to the proposal.
In his address to state television, Putin emphasized that Russia is firm in its stance regarding the conflict and indicated it is too early to talk of any agreements with Ukraine.
He pointed out that Ukraine has already dismissed Russian ceasefire proposals twice, while Russian forces continue to progress at the front lines.
