The former Uttar Pradesh chief minister emphasized the upcoming bypolls as pivotal for defending the Constitution, and supporting the rights of backward classes, Dalits, and minorities. Voting will occur on November 13 in locations like Ghaziabad and Kanpur, with results to be announced on November 23.
