The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to form the government in Haryana for the third consecutive term after emerging victorious in the state assembly elections.
Winning 48 out of the 90 assembly seats, the BJP secured its governance mandate, with the crucial backing of two Independent Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), Devender Kadyan and Rajesh Joon.
After meetings with prominent BJP figures, Kadyan and Joon, previously associated respectively as a Congress rebel and an Independent candidate, have pledged to support the party, ensuring a stable government formation.
