Facing criticism for his unexplained absence during Islamabad's PTI protest, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur declared loyalty to party leader Imran Khan. He asserted mistreatment by police, describing his plight as akin to a 'terrorist' encounter within the capital.

Addressing the provincial assembly, Gandapur condemned the police's heavy-handed tactics, explaining that peaceful PTI rallies were met with undue force and suppression. He highlighted Punjab authorities' aggressive measures against party supporters during demonstrations.

Emerging from a 24-hour disappearance, Gandapur detailed his escape from police forces. He criticized governmental leadership and vowed future protests if the Islamabad Inspector General remains in power.
