Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal has lauded the BJP's governance model in Haryana, suggesting that similar accomplishments can be anticipated in Jharkhand's upcoming assembly elections. Speaking in Ranchi, Meghwal expressed optimism that Jharkhand's electorate would support the party's focus on development and good governance.
The BJP celebrated its victory in Haryana, where state chief Babulal Marandi attributed the success to the trust people have in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership and welfare schemes. The win was seen as an endorsement of BJP's ongoing anti-corruption campaign.
Despite a challenging start, the BJP is poised for a third term in Haryana, as Amar Kumar Bauri, a BJP MLA, noted that the elections in Jammu & Kashmir were a significant achievement post Article 370's abrogation. Former Chief Minister Champai Soren joining BJP from JMM has also boosted the party's prospects in Jharkhand.
