Khamenei's Defiant Stance: Iran's Missile Strikes and Regional Resistance
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei defended Iran's missile attack on Israel as legitimate punishment, following the killing of allied leaders. Eulogizing Hezbollah's Nasrallah, Khamenei accused the U.S. of securing Israel to exploit regional resources. He insisted Iran's resistance won't wane despite challenges.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei made a public appearance, holding a rifle, as he defended Iran's missile attacks on Israel, labeling the strikes as legitimate punishment for Israeli actions. His remarks come amid heightened tensions following recent targeted killings of regional leaders allied with Iran.
Khamenei praised Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, who was killed in an Israeli airstrike, and criticized the United States for prioritizing Israel's security to capitalize on regional resources. He emphasized that such incidents only strengthen the resolve of resistance movements in Lebanon and Palestine.
The Iranian leader justified the missile attacks as the minimal response to what he termed as Israel's crimes and insisted Iran would not act rashly in its confrontation. Khamenei's rhetoric suggests ongoing regional resistance strategies against perceived Israeli aggressions.
