In a firm rebuttal to swirling rumors, Congress Member of Parliament Kumari Selja affirmed her allegiance to her party, dismissing speculation of a possible switch to the Bharatiya Janata Party. 'Selja toh Congressi hai,' she stated emphatically, clarifying that there is no discontent from her side with the party's stance.
Discussing the political landscape, Selja addressed concerns about the treatment of Dalit leaders within Congress. She maintained that different communities harbor distinct expectations, which are intrinsic to the mechanics of political engagement. 'Nobody can be the whole and sole leader,' she remarked, underscoring the complexity of communal representation in politics.
