Union Health Minister J P Nadda launched a scathing attack on the Congress, asserting that Himachal Pradesh's government is incapable of functioning without the support of the Centre. During a BJP event in Bilaspur, Nadda alleged that the Congress-led state depends heavily on central grants.

Nadda accused Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu of misrepresenting the state's financial relationship with the Centre, claiming inconsistency in his statements. He also criticized Sukhu for delaying salaries and labeled the state government as "100 percent corrupt."

Highlighting BJP's achievements, Nadda detailed central government initiatives like the Ayushman Bharat scheme and major infrastructure projects. He contrasted these with Congress's alleged issues, including drug addiction and "reverse-gear" development policies, while praising India's economic ascent under PM Modi's leadership.
