Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, expressed strong approval of the country's recent missile strike on Israel, according to state TV's Friday report.
Leading Friday prayers in Tehran, Khamenei delivered a notable public sermon, lauding the Iranian armed forces for the successful missile attack earlier this week, marking it as a ‘shining job.’ He hinted at potential future actions if deemed necessary.
Preceding Khamenei's address was a ceremony in honor of the late Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, attended by key Iranian dignitaries, including President Masoud Pezeshkian. Meanwhile, Iran extended its diplomatic and humanitarian efforts to Lebanon, with foreign minister Abbas Araghchi arriving in Beirut and a shipment of essential aid following suit.
